We are looking to speak with you! I am working with an industry leading infrastructure service provider who are actively hiring for a section engineer for one of their flagship projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Sub Agent and supervise the site engineering team from construction to closeout.
- Assist with temporary works design and liaise with Sub Agent and Section Foreman to allocate labor, plant, and materials.
- Manage the site setting-out team and oversee performance and development of Site Engineers.
- Identify and resolve technical problems in collaboration with the Sub Agent.
- Monitor and coordinate subcontractors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
- Ensure the team has up-to-date information and resources for their tasks.
- Assist in producing programs, progress reports, resource and cost plans, and contribute to financial forecasting.
- Experience writing and preparing risk assessments and method statements.
- Able to programme works up to 3-week look ahead.
- Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and graduate engineers.
- High focus on quality assurance in previous roles.
- Experience with Fit Out and interface with MEP.
- Working closely with the section Sub agent ensures the programme is valid.
Required Qualifications & Competencies:
- HNC/Degree (Construction/Civil Engineering related) or equivalent and working towards institute membership (ICE).
- Demonstration of knowledge and practical application of Site Engineering activities combined with construction supervision skills.
- Experience in utilities, earthworks, heavy structures or drainage is essential for this role.
- SMSTS or SSSTS.
- CSCS White, White-Yellow, Red - Experienced, Black - Manager or Gold - Supervisor.
- Full driving license required.
- Must have their own transport to be able to attend site(s) in remote areas.
