Our well established client is seeking a experienced Legal Secretary to join their busy Private Client department based at their Eastbourne office.
About the role
This role is full time and office based. They are looking for someone who can display a professional and welcoming demeanor as they will be the first point of contact for telephone callers and visitors alike. As this is a dual role, it would suit someone with good organisational skills and who is able to prioritise tasks.
Duties
The role involves welcoming and assisting visitors into the office, managing inbound phone calls and appointments and performing office administrative tasks.
You will also provide secretarial and administrative Private Client support to a Partner and other fee earners as required. This will include drafting of documents, liaising with other parties and the production of correspondence predominantly via audio transcription and other administrative functions.
