An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Asset & Aviation Finance Associate (3–5 PQE) to join the award-winning aviation and structured finance team of a Magic Circle firm in London. This is a rare chance to become part of a market-leading practice renowned globally for its role on the most sophisticated, cross-border transactions in the aviation, transportation, and wider asset finance space.
About the Role:
- Working closely with top-ranked partners and a deep bench of senior associates, you’ll advise on a wide range of complex and high-value matters, including:
- Aircraft financing and leasing (including PDP facilities, sale & leasebacks, and ECA-backed financings)
- Structured finance and securitisations involving aviation and other transportation assets
- Cross-border syndicated loans and portfolio acquisitions
- Restructurings, workouts and enforcement strategies
You’ll have the opportunity to take on high levels of responsibility from day one, with exceptional exposure to headline deals and client interaction.
Ideal Candidate:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 3–5 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in asset finance and/or aviation finance gained at a leading City or international firm
- Solid understanding of cross-border financing structures and deal execution
- Excellent technical ability and commercial mindset
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit, high-performance team
