We are currently representing a leading private markets firm with over $200 billion in assets under management. The firm is seeking a Vice President to join its London office, reporting directly to the EMEA Chief Compliance Officer. This role will support all business lines, including private equity, real estate, private credit, and liquid strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide regulatory advice to all investment teams and business lines
  • Manage daily compliance tasks, including code-of-ethics
  • Manage on potential conflicts between private and public sides
  • Lead regulatory project implementation and advise on upcoming regulatory changes
  • Deliver training to new joiners and wider stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5 - 10 years of compliance experience, ideally spent within private markets or hedge funds
  • Strong UK and EU regulatory knowledge
