A prestigious property management firm is seeking a Property Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of an iconic, ultra-prime residential development in one of Central London’s most prestigious postcodes. This is a pure block management role, managing a landmark building and working directly with high-profile residents and a long-standing investor client. The role demands top-tier stakeholder management, professionalism, and a solutions-focused mindset in a complex and demanding environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Take operational ownership of a best-in-class residential building in a super prime London location
- Deliver exceptional block management services, from maintenance coordination to contractor oversight
- Build strong relationships with residents, proactively handling sensitive issues and expectations
- Chair and attend residents' meetings and represent the client’s interests with authority and discretion
- Prepare and manage service charge budgets, oversee financial reporting and reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation (FRA, EICR, water hygiene, etc.)
- Conduct regular site inspections and provide structured, high-quality client reporting
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in block management, ideally within prime or super prime Central London
- Strong grasp of leasehold management, service charge budgeting, and property compliance
- Confident handling challenging resident interactions with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication, organisational, and client relationship skills
- IRPM qualified (or working towards); additional H&S or compliance accreditations a plus
