- Analyse website performance, user behaviour and sales data to drive improvements and conversions
- Maintain and execute an e-commerce trading calendar aligned with seasonal events, launches and campaigns
- Ensure high standards in UX, navigation, and functionality across the online store
- Collaborate with fulfilment, design, marketing, and external agencies to ensure smooth delivery and brand consistency
- Run A/B testing and CVR optimisation projects to boost engagement and conversion
- Support and contribute to CRM, SEO, affiliate, and paid marketing campaigns
- Ensure the website reflects brand values and delivers consistent, high-quality messaging
- Use analytics tools to report on site performance, ROI, and customer behaviour
- Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and recommend new tools or strategies for growth
What We’re Looking For
You’re a commercially minded digital professional who’s confident working across web platforms, data insights, and customer experience. You have a natural curiosity for improving performance and the technical awareness to implement smart solutions.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms - ideally Shopify
- Familiarity with email marketing tools like Klaviyo
- Good understanding of UX principles, conversion optimisation and website analytics
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing agency partners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver at pace
- Background in digital marketing or tech is advantageous
Why You’ll Love This Role
- A flexible, hybrid working setup based near Totnes
- The opportunity to directly shape the company’s online growth and customer experience
- A supportive team and a collaborative, open-minded culture
- Clear scope for career progression and skill development
- Competitive salary, with room to flex for candidates bringing additional value
