We are currently seeking an Experienced Property Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Property Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing and letting and selling our portfolio of premium properties, while enjoying the benefits of an uncapped commission structure.
Examples of the developments you will be working with are: White City Living, The Dumont, The Corniche, Kings Road Park, Chelsea Creek, Battersea Power Station, Prince of Wales Drive, Fulham Reach, One Casson Square, One Park Drive, South Quay Plaza and many others. You will not be restricted to show tenants or buyers any part of London or up to a certain budget; you will have the freedom to earn as much as you want. The more you let or sell, the more you earn. To start with, you will be joining our lettings team but if you show us what you can do, you will also be given the opportunity to do both lettings and sales at the same time to maximize income for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property viewings both physical and virtual
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants
- Marketing the properties on all UK portals
- Hit budget and KPI targets on a weekly and monthly basis
- Collect relevant paperwork from tenants/guarantors before passing it to the Lettings Progressor
- Learn and manage to perfection the applicants on our CRM system
- You will not have to deal with Landlords. The deals are closed by the Manager.
Requirements:
- Passion for the real estate industry and eager to learn

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel all over London
- Driving license not required
