This position is responsible for maintaining and configuring the CRM system, enhancing data quality, depth, and accessibility across Withers global offices. A technical understanding of CRM setup, functionality, and data quality best practices is essential, along with the ability to scope and implement improvements to support the firm's strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve CRM data and systems, supporting integration and data flow mapping.
  • Train and support users, develop training materials, and promote effective CRM use.
  • Support IT and project teams in system upgrades, reporting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and contribute to data management strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with InterAction is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience in professional services is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, knowledge of Data Protection regulations.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive attitude.
