Key Responsibilities
- Manage and improve CRM data and systems, supporting integration and data flow mapping.
- Train and support users, develop training materials, and promote effective CRM use.

- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and contribute to data management strategies.

- Experience with CRM systems; familiarity with InterAction is desirable but not essential.
