I am currently in need of a Site Manager to manage a £250k external package on an existing retail park in Luton, Bedfordshire. The project consists of Tarmac repairs to existing parking area, demolish and rebuild of another parking area and some external cladding finishes to the existing warehouse units. The programme length is due to be circa 12-16 weeks. The Candidate – must be capable of delivering the project standalone reporting into a visiting contract manager and be able to do sequencing, short term programming, trade management, site inductions, raise permits, tool box talks, work to tight deadlines, influence H&S on site, Q/A etc. Site tickets required are SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid qualified. My client are looking to pay a competitive day rate and are looking to start the suitable candidate ASAP.
