Job Description

Role Requirements:

Collaborate closely with clients to enhance their operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Engage in consulting within the Asset & Wealth Management sectors, focusing on Operating Model Design and Implementation, Core Platform Technology, or Private Investment Markets.
Deliver complex transformation projects, ensuring successful outcomes for clients.
Design future state operating models to address various change catalysts such as core platform changes, new products, mergers/acquisitions, startups, cost reductions, outsourcing, and globalization.
Implement large complex Asset Servicing Systems, working with platforms like State Street, BNY Mellon, NT, or BNP Paribas Securities Services.
Work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders to develop innovative solutions.
Drive successful project outcomes through effective communication and leadership.

This job will suit you if:

You have a passion for solving complex problems and creating impactful solutions in the Asset and Wealth Management sector.
You possess experience in consulting within the Asset & Wealth Management sectors and have knowledge of the full value chain (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office).
You have proven expertise in 2-3 functions within the Asset & Wealth Management value chain, both internal and outsourced.
You have experience as a Programme/Project Manager or Workstream Lead for large complex projects.
You are skilled in designing and implementing Target Operating Models and have a background as a solutions architect.
You are familiar with Private Markets platforms and have experience with systems such as eFront, Mercatus, Yardi, and MRI.
