With L500 accolades across many practice areas coupled with recruiting Partners from top 10 International firms, they are now looking to take the next step on their growth journey with the addition of an Employment Partner.

Despite housing partners who trained and progressed at larger internationals, there is a very open door culture here. The partners are accessible to associates and senior associates providing a rare platform to collaborate with leaders in the field. As a result, routes to progression in the sense of job title and technical ability are far clearer and transparent at this practice in comparison to their international competitors. There is a significant level of financial investment in the practice from the partnership, giving any fee-earner the chance to join a firm that is undoubtedly going to grow significantly in the next 5/10 years.

The Role

This firm is looking for a heavy hitting Employment Partner to come in and work alongside their Head of Department. The department deals with a broad range of Employment cases which include contentious and non-contentious matters. The team are looking for someone to complement their existing offer and service which covers the following:

  • TUPE
  • HR contracts
  • Unfair dismissals
  • Tribunal cases
  • Whistleblowing and related contentious matters
  • Pension related employment matters
  • Corporate Support

You will be an Employment Partner with 8+ years PQE.
