Chronos Energy are working with a Commercial & Financial Advisory that spans the energy & infrastructure sectors, who are looking for a Transactions Lead Manager. This role will be crucial in winning transaction mandates and leading teams in project delivery. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a rapidly growing team, in a company backed by a large global consultancy.
The role will focus on delivering financial advisory services, including transaction mandates on energy transition & infrastructure assets, working Buyside & Sellside M&A, and project financing. The role will lead the Financial Advisory function on all transactions. You will be responsible for developing opportunities, screening clients, IM’s, funding competitions, all the way to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Business development to develop new sectors & clients
- Providing commercial sector knowledge to the internal team
- Manage delivery of Transactions
- Maintain industry knowledge, economic, political, market trends
- Review delivered projects & identify lessons learnt
Experience Needed:
- Experienced in Project Finance, Corporate Finance, related to Infrastructure & energy transition sector
- Lead Financial Advisory transactions
- Astute financial skills, risk management
- Managed the delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects
- Client facing skills
- Worked in investment/commercial environment or advisory role in infrastructure/energy
