The predicted salary is between 45718 - 49764 £ per year.

If you would like to join our team your main duties will include:

  • To support families to access universal, universal plus and universal partnership plus level provision and provide intensive support to the whole family, supporting family members access the services they need.

  • Supervision and management of a group of Family Practitioners.

  • Promote the operational delivery of the locality services.

  • Working in partnership with the Locality Manager.

  • Embed high quality standards, professional leadership and integrated efficient working practices.

  • Duty manager role for allocation of non-statutory work.

  • A social work qualification (although not mandatory)

  • Experience of leadership and management of case holding teams

  • Experience of multi-agency and multi-disciplinary team working

  • Experience of developing working partnerships across sectors

  • Knowledge of policies / regulations / guidance relating to safeguarding

  • Excellent personal organisational and communication skills

  • Clear understanding of Children and Learning Services and quality assurance.

You will receive a competitive salary in the range of, £45,718 – £49,764 (SCP 36-40) with paid leave (up to 33 days excluding bank holidays dependent on length of service) and flexible arrangements.
