This role involves overseeing and coordinating construction activities related to the delivery of an EPCM project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring efficient and safe project execution.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil, structural, and architectural engineering aspects.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
  • Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement controls.
  • Document all construction activities, including daily reports, inspection records, change orders, and as-built drawings.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client requirements.
  • Foster a culture of safety, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Recognized professional certification in construction site supervision (CSCS/CCSNG card).
  • Significant experience in construction management on complex industrial projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.

Desirable:

  • Competent TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator).
  • Familiarity with the use of EDMS (Viewpoint).
