Construction Manager

Location: Grangemouth

Contract Type: 1 Year minimum, likely extensions

Are you a seasoned Construction Manager looking for your next big challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at a leading facility in Grangemouth. This role involves overseeing and coordinating construction activities related to the delivery of an EPCM project, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, ensuring efficient and safe project execution.
Provide technical expertise and guidance on civil, structural, and architectural engineering aspects.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery within budget.
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement controls.
Document all construction activities, including daily reports, inspection records, change orders, and as-built drawings.
Implement quality control measures to ensure construction work meets industry standards and client requirements.
Foster a culture of safety, excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Recognized professional certification in construction site supervision (CSCS/CCSNG card).
Significant experience in construction management on complex industrial projects, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector.

Desirable:

Competent TWC (Temporary Works Coordinator).
Familiarity with the use of EDMS (Viewpoint).
