We are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join our client who are leading within their industry. You will oversee multiple aspects of their dealer support operations.
This dynamic role involves managing service performance, building strong dealer relationships, and coordinating across departments to ensure exceptional service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities for a Dealer Service Manager:- You will act as a key contact to our dealer network, providing support with parts and accessories orders, returns and credits, and coordinating deliveries.
- You will be responsible for driving operational excellence, team performance, and dealer satisfaction by leading a high-performing support function.
- Lead, coach, and develop the Dealer Services team to achieve departmental objectives and KPIs.
- Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly reports.
- Manage and update all role-relevant content on the Dealer Gateway system to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Assist the Warehouse Operations Manager with overnight distribution operations.
- Automotive/ manufacturing background with technical product understanding.
- Experience of parts inventory, procurement and forecasting.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- Budget management experience.
- Experience working with BI tools (ideally Qlik).
- An understanding or experience of logistics/distribution operations to effectively manage their third party logistics partners.
