As a hands-on, forward-thinking Technical Engineering Lead you'll drive excellence across our Digital and PolicyCenter platforms. With the opportunity to shape best practice and mentor growing talent, you'll play a critical part in our evolving Guidewire ecosystem, with a strong focus on React and front-end digital services.
Essential skills and experience
- Extensive development experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, CustomerEngage and Jutro framework
- Strong Front End development background including React, HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Strong technical leadership in an Agile software development environment
- Ability to influence technical direction and articulate complex ideas clearly to varied audiences
- Comfortable working across multiple Scrum teams as a technical mentor and quality gatekeeper
- Solid understanding of Guidewire principles and out-of-the-box functionality
Desirable
- Guidewire ACE certification or equivalent demonstrable experience
- Experience with SaaS-based Guidewire deployments
- Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
- Experience with Node.js
