Job Description:

Oversee and manage all transport operations within the company.
Develop and implement strategic plans to improve transport services.
Ensure compliance with all relevant transport regulations and legislation.
Lead and manage the logistics team, promoting a positive work environment.
Continuously review processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Handle any transport-related issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Promote and enforce safety standards within the transport department.

The Successful Applicant:

Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
Excellent knowledge of transport regulations and legislation.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Relevant qualifications in logistics or a related field.
Commutable Daily to Tewkesbury.
