Story Cellar is looking for a Sous Chef to join the team. A fantastic opportunity to work in a creative and nurturing kitchen environment, with incredible produce from some of the best suppliers in the country. Inspired by the rotisseries and brasseries of Paris, Story Cellar combines charcoal cooking, classic dishes and a sophisticated wine programme with creative flair and counter-style dining.

Sous Chef Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef in a busy and high quality restaurant essential
  • Be confident in assisting the Head Chef to lead and support the kitchen brigade
  • Proficient in kitchen management, ordering and stock control
  • Fully knowledgeable of all food hygiene and health and safety procedures
  • You will be passionate about food and hospitality
  • Warm and friendly personality
