Working in their stunning five star Mayfair office, looking for a polished Team Assistant based from Reception who is keen to take on a more varied and demanding role. Whilst managing the reception duties with grace, ensuring the office runs seamlessly, and providing support for high-profile meetings and events.
The Team Assistant will also oversee office supplies, coordinate mail, facilities maintenance, and assist with event planning and catering. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with some receptionist and/or PA and administrative experience in a luxury 5 star or professional services environment, eager to take on PA and event management responsibilities. You’ll gain valuable exposure to supporting a team of Associates, managing calendars, travel, and expenses.
