Senior Account Manager β MedComms
9-12 Month Fixed Term Contract

Hybrid role β 3 days onsite in Central London and 2 days remote based

Instinct are working with a highly reputable client within the Medical Communications sector.
The Company
This global MedComms organisation offers a range of services including insights to the market as well as a wide range of learning and training products to develop people within the industry. They are continuing their period of growth and are looking for an experienced MedComms Account Manager to join their Client Service team.
The Role
This position will involve working with multiple existing global clients, ensuring they receive the best service possible. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders ensuring they are happy with the service and products provided and execute project plans. You will also be responsible for driving business growth and renewals with their existing clients. Using your MedComms experience, you will be confident in discussing the markets and offering insights to the clients. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that everything is on track for each project.
The Person
The successful candidate will:
- Have proven experience within an Account Manager position previously
- Have previously worked with the MedComms sector where you have gained strong sector knowledge
- Enjoy working in a client facing and extremely confident building strong relationships
- Be an excellent communicator
- Have a βcan doβ attitude
- Experience working with learning and development is highly advantageous
