We are looking for an energetic Store Manager to spearhead the launch of our new store in London. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence. We seek a strategic leader with strong business acumen who is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. As the Store Manager, you will lead and inspire a team to consistently achieve and surpass sales targets, uphold brand standards, and optimize store operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Management: Monitor and enhance sales performance, ensuring revenue targets are met. Manage store operations, budget, and expenses to drive business growth. Identify business opportunities and implement strategies for success.
- Customer Experience & Brand Representation: Lead the store to provide an elevated customer experience and embody brand values. Engage customers with Urban Revivo’s sustainability story, fostering client loyalty.
- Team Leadership & Development: Coach the team for continuous improvement and manage scheduling for optimal sales and service. Lead hiring, training, and performance management to develop a high-performing retail team.
- Operational Excellence & Inventory Management: Ensure inventory accuracy and lead loss prevention efforts. Maintain store presentation standards and optimise merchandising for business productivity.
- Communication & Collaboration: Provide feedback on sales and product performance to corporate partners. Work with the Regional Director to enhance store culture and drive positive change.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field (high school diploma or equivalent required).
- Proven leadership, team development, and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and improving customer experience.
- Strong sales acumen with a history of exceeding targets.
- Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Proficient in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
