Overview
You’ll be joining as a Research Executive, working across surveys and research projects for a variety of clients. You’ll be the first port of call for self-serve clients, helping them get the most out of the platform, and making sure projects run smoothly from launch to clean, actionable data. You’ll work closely with a team of researchers, engineers, and growth professionals, learning on the job and building real autonomy quickly.
Responsibilities
- Running quantitative and AI-qualitative research projects end-to-end
- Supporting self-serve clients: guiding them, troubleshooting, and making sure everything runs flawlessly
- Spotting survey or sampling issues before anyone else does
- Cleaning and validating data to the highest standards
- Collaborating across teams to solve problems and keep projects on track
What you’ll need
