I’m hiring for a research company that’s doing things differently. They combine proprietary tech with a team of researchers to deliver faster, smarter, more accurate insights than traditional agencies. Their clients range from global brands to life-changing non-profits, and the team is ambitious, collaborative, and growing.

Overview

You’ll be joining as a Research Executive, working across surveys and research projects for a variety of clients. You’ll be the first port of call for self-serve clients, helping them get the most out of the platform, and making sure projects run smoothly from launch to clean, actionable data. You’ll work closely with a team of researchers, engineers, and growth professionals, learning on the job and building real autonomy quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Running quantitative and AI-qualitative research projects end-to-end
  • Supporting self-serve clients: guiding them, troubleshooting, and making sure everything runs flawlessly
  • Spotting survey or sampling issues before anyone else does
  • Cleaning and validating data to the highest standards
  • Collaborating across teams to solve problems and keep projects on track

What you’ll need

Must-haves:

  • 1-2 years’ experience in quantitative research
  • Attention to detail – you spot errors others miss
  • Experience delivering projects fast: brand tracking, ad testing, or ad hoc studies
  • Experience cleaning and validating raw data
  • Curious, proactive, and keen to learn new methods and tech
