We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Onboarding Manager to join one of our clients' team. As Onboarding Manager, you'll own the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from contract signature through to successful go-live.
Working across Mintsoft, integrations, internal tooling and operational workflows, you'll coordinate across departments to ensure every client is technically and operationally ready to succeed. You'll play a vital role in shaping first impressions, delivering clarity, confidence, and momentum for both our clients and our internal teams. The onboarding function ensures every new partner gets the strongest start possible. By managing setup, testing, internal coordination and training, the Onboarding Manager lays the foundations for long-term service success. Your work directly supports client retention, SLA performance, and profitable partnerships making you a key driver of scalable growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive onboarding programmes tailored to the needs of new hires within the financial services industry.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure all necessary resources and training materials are available for new employees.
- Own the onboarding process from contract handover to operational go-live.
- Build and maintain onboarding trackers and templates using Google Sheets and Trello.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of onboarding programmes through feedback and performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.
- Configure client accounts in Mintsoft, ensuring accuracy across products, rules, couriers and integrations.
- Liaise with fulfilment, customer service and account management teams to align go-live plans.
- Deliver client-facing support, system walkthroughs and onboarding documentation.
- Ensure third-party integrations (e.g. Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce) are connected and tested.
- Identify and mitigate risks to service quality or timeline delays.
- Support continuous improvement by refining onboarding documentation and processes.
- Ensure full internal readiness ahead of go-live across all departments.
