Cedar are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing international business for an experienced Global Expenses Associate to join their finance team in Kings Cross. This role plays a key part in the management and operation of the Concur T&E platform, ensuring timely processing of expense claims, credit card reconciliations, and accurate financial reporting across a multi-entity, multinational group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly processing of employee expense claims via Concur
- Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards
- Maintain T&E reporting structures and support variance-to-budget analysis
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations (T&E accruals and card liabilities)
- Support internal audit queries and Concur user administration
- Deliver regular reporting to senior leadership
