We are recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Nottingham on a full-time basis. We’re looking for someone with previous experience as a receptionist, or someone with a strong administration background.

Your Key Responsibilities as an Office Administrator
- Forwarding accurate phone messages to team members and monitoring and responding to emails
- Filing and office administration – photocopying, scanning, sorting mail
- Arranging the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
- Monitoring and ordering stationery and office supplies
- Ensuring that HSKSG offices present a professional image at all times.
- Producing letters, reports and other ad hoc duties using Microsoft Office
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
- To have a good understanding of Outlook and any other packages which are relevant to the role.
- To have a good understanding of Microsoft Word and a good understanding and familiarity with other Microsoft software, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Accuracy whether communication is written or verbal.
- You may from time to time be required to attend courses to aid you in the capacity to fulfil your role.
- Strong Administration background.
