My client, a leading SJP practice specialising in personalised wealth management, is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator with at least 3 years’ experience. This well-established IFA firm provides comprehensive services, including investment planning, retirement planning, and financial advice tailored to clients’ unique goals. They focus on building strong, long-term relationships and delivering exceptional service supported by paraplanning, administrative, and compliance resources.
In this role, you’ll join a dynamic team, providing outstanding support to clients with portfolios ranging from modest investments to multi-million-pound assets. Your key responsibilities will include managing client reviews from start to finish, communicating directly with clients, handling disinvestments, and ensuring smooth case management. You will also be involved in client acquisition, retention, and ensuring compliance with consumer duty standards, all while managing a high level of activity and a large client base.
