Overview:-
- This role requires UK DV Clearance, hands-on experience with Cisco solutions, and expertise in one or more of the following areas:
o Security
o Unified Collaboration
o Data Centre (DC)
- The position is primarily facility-based, operating Monday to Friday (0800hrs to 1700hrs), with the expectation of engineers being onsite 4-5 days a week. Travel to customer sites may be required.
Skills and Experience:-
- Clearance: DV Clearance is essential.
- Certification: CCNA/CCNP
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Cisco solutions, particularly in one or more of the following:
o Security
o Unified Collaboration
o Data Centre
- Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues.
