Our client is an established National Design and Build Contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across London, focusing on RC Frame, High Rise circa £100M.

They have recently won a £105M PBSA and a £200M Resi project in Central London and need a Project Manager to take an onsite Lead.

Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for taking the project from prestart, out of the ground, frame, through interiors to completion. You will be supported on site by a Site Manager, and the London Team. Managing the design and ultimately delivering a high-quality job on time to budget.

You will:

Provide a strategic link between the design department, commercial team and site;

Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports;

Act as the main interface with the client and key stake holders;

Ensure the project meets customer expectation in relation to build and finish;

Manage and coordinate sub-contract and direct labour workforces;

Provide labour costing for the project to determine feasibility and profitability;

Supervise and coach staff supporting CPD required;

Produce reports on job progress and remedial work;

You will have:

A Degree/HND in a construction discipline and or commensurate experience;

Previous experience of running £40M+ projects working for a main contractor;

Commercially awareness with extensive knowledge of the construction process including design and procurement etc;

An in-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and other regulatory matters;

IT literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages;
