Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Employment team in Belfast.
The role will involve working closely with their international offices to advise clients on cross-border information and consultation, benefit redesign exercises and global mobility. The team also regularly advise clients in relation to executive level employment law issues such as senior level recruitment and termination, executive compensation arrangements, bonus claims, team moves and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
The ideal candidate will be a Junior Solicitor or Trainee due to qualify in January with experience in an employment team at a reputable firm.
Dual qualification in Northern Ireland and another jurisdiction (England & Wales, Scotland, or Ireland) is advantageous, or candidates should have a keen interest in achieving dual qualification.
