Do you love Securitisation but want good work-life balance? Or know someone that does? If so, we are working on a new London based role.

A leading investment bank is seeking an experienced VP to join their team in a strategic role, similar to a business management opening where you would be leading initiatives, leading quarterly business reviews, in addition to being responsible for overseeing the renewals work that Analysts and Associates perform.

Ultimately you wouldn't be involved in the day to day new deals but sit within the securitisation team and perform a key role which is highly visible, working closely with senior management.

You're likely to be able to work hours you'd more traditionally see with a middle office role, while being in the front office, with no late nights and able to switch off in the evenings.

It's VP level so we would expect someone to have 10 years+ experience (in part based on the salary too) but that is more a reference point rather than a specific guide, and you must have a strong background in structuring securitisation transactions (any ABS asset class – corporate securitisation is a plus). You're most likely to have spent a significant part of your career at an investment bank.

Any prior strategic or project related experience is definitely a plus.

This is likely to suit someone who has a keen and clear motivation for better work-life balance, and salary/comp isn't the primary motivator in your next role.

If you're reading this and it's not for you, please do think of any London based contacts who it may be appropriate for and please do share.
