Requirements:
- Law firm experience desired
- Support the Payroll Specialist in ensuring processes run smoothly
- Calculate salary increases, back-pay, holiday, sick and maternity pay
- Collate and process monthly overtime sheets
- Resolve payroll related queries
- Liaise with third party payroll provider on assessment and contribution files
- Assist in the set-up and ongoing maintenance of the payroll integration from Workday to ADP - due to go live in October
- Experience of using ADP iHCM or other prominent payroll software systems
- Experience of Workday is preferable but not required
- Confident with numbers and standard payroll calculations
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Previous UK payroll experience gained within a fast-moving demanding environment
