Mechanical or Electrical Commissioning Manager – Commercial Projects

Location: London

Contract Length: Initial 3 months (likely to extend)

Rate: DOE | Outside IR35

Start Date: ASAP

Our client is looking for an experienced Commissioning Manager (Mechanical and/or Electrical) to join their team on a commercial project in London. The role will suit someone who can take ownership of their discipline and ensure smooth delivery of commissioning on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commissioning activities for mechanical or electrical systems
• Coordinate with contractors, design teams, and project managers
• Ensure all systems are tested, balanced, and documented appropriately
• Support final handover and snagging processes
• Monitor quality and programme compliance

Requirements:

• Extensive commissioning experience
• Confident communicator with strong technical knowledge
• Experience delivering commercial schemes preferred
