A fast growing tier 2 main contractor operating in London and the South East is looking for a Site Manager in Brighton. Salary in £50,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + travel.
The Role: This £170m turnover main contractor has a first class reputation and works with a really interesting range of private clients and institutions. They are looking for a Site Manager to help deliver a new build and refurbishment education scheme for a private client from pre con through to completion.
The Company: This main contractor works on a wide range of new build, refurb and fit out projects for private clients, generally in the £5m - £50m bracket. Their works are interesting from a design perspective and a lot have historical, heritage or listed elements. They have long standing, highly collaborative relationships with clients, sub contractors and consultants and you will find you have all the tools and expertise to succeed. It's the best of a tier 1 but in a much more manageable scale.
