Working with Stakeholders from around the Society, you will have the opportunity to drive new processes, systems, and improvements throughout the business, with the aim of enhancing the Customer and Employee experience, alongside maintaining our regulatory requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our ongoing efforts to deliver exceptional value to our customers by staying ahead of industry trends and driving forward new and exciting initiatives. Your Key Responsibilities will include: Delivery of project outcomes and benefits Defining the scope and objectives of projects including the success criteria. Predicting and managing the resources needed to effectively reach objectives in an efficient manner. Defining a clear and sufficient budget that contributes to exploiting available opportunities (ROI) and achieving project goals. Ensuring compliance with the Society\’s internal policies such as General Data Protection, Procurement, Third Party and Outsourcing and Project Governance.
