What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day’s different, but your role could include:

• Supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, epilepsy, or physical disabilities to live independently
• Helping people with everyday tasks like shopping, cooking, or managing money
• Encouraging people to connect with friends, family, and the community
• Providing personal care (with dignity and respect)
• Making each day meaningful — and having fun while you do it!

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Gillingham, Medway, supporting 5 individuals with complex health, physical and learning disabilities. The service is close to both Chatham and Gillingham town center's and only a five-minute walk from Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre. The people supported enjoy active social lives and go out in the community daily and require support at all times.
