At Solus, we're committed to driving innovation and excellence in mobility and insurance services. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a proactive and strategic Mobility & Insurance Consultant to support our Mobility and Insurance Manager in delivering key business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to the Mobility and Insurance Manager to help achieve Solus' strategic goals.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand and anticipate current and future mobility and insurance needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and Health & Safety standards.
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with supply chain partners to ensure long-term value and sustainability.
  • Identify and research potential new supply chain partners to enhance our service offering.
  • Investigate new products and services that align with company goals and drive innovation.
  • Be open to travel across various locations as required for business and training purposes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Experience or interest in mobility, insurance, or supply chain management.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • 5x GCSEs C grade or equivalent to include Maths and English.
  • Experience within the fleet/transport and/or accident repair industry is desired but not essential.
