Responsibilities
- Provide direct support to the Mobility and Insurance Manager to help achieve Solus' strategic goals.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to understand and anticipate current and future mobility and insurance needs.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and Health & Safety standards.
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with supply chain partners to ensure long-term value and sustainability.
- Identify and research potential new supply chain partners to enhance our service offering.
- Investigate new products and services that align with company goals and drive innovation.
- Be open to travel across various locations as required for business and training purposes.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience or interest in mobility, insurance, or supply chain management.

Qualifications
- 5x GCSEs C grade or equivalent to include Maths and English.
