About the Role: The Senior Executive, Data Operations will assist in the ongoing data operation of one of our largest brands. This role requires basic familiarity with analytics and technology tools, both syndicated and proprietary. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate ideas and opportunities, build relationships with internal and external partners, and support the data operation practice.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data Operations: Assist in the implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive data management and integrity programme. This will include establishing data collection, transformation and distribution processes, quality control and troubleshooting, and the delivery of reporting applications.
- Delivery Management: Work with onshore and offshore teams to maintain project timelines and quality control outputs. Provide regular updates on the progression of tasks through regular status meetings and working sessions. Provide clear documentation of relevant projects and processes.
- Quality Control: Maintain systems for data cleansing, QA, and error correction. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines to ensure data quality and integrity. Ensure errors and omissions are corrected quickly, and that non-compliance is escalated appropriately.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate closely with team members to understand ongoing reporting requirements. Provide ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as needed. Ensure ongoing reporting requirements are captured and documented properly.
Experience & Skills Needed:
- Experience in an advertising agency; Ad Operations, Analytics, or Digital Investment is preferred.
- Experience in data governance and data quality processes in a Data Warehousing, ETL, and Business Intelligence environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge and experience across multiple media channels (digital, search, social, offline, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal and written skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and detail-oriented.
- Strong Excel skills required.
