Job Description

We’re looking for a practical and motivated Service Technician to join our well-established team at our Fakenham branch in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with leading agricultural and horticultural machinery in a hands-on role that blends technical skill with customer support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Diagnose and repair a range of machinery using advanced diagnostic software
Carry out scheduled maintenance and repairs (warrantable, chargeable, or internal)
Handle machinery safely and sensibly, using lifting aids when required
Provide excellent customer service in a field-based and workshop environment
Work both independently and as part of a close-knit service team
Liaise with customers and suppliers to ensure timely service delivery

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in the agricultural or horticultural machinery industry (preferred)
Mechanical and diagnostic skills (with software knowledge)
Physically fit and capable of handling heavy equipment safely
Strong initiative and ability to work unsupervised or within a team
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Full, clean UK driving licence
