JD&Co is proud to be partnering with a fast-scaling, science-led D2C health and wellness brand as they continue to unlock new stages of growth. This is a business with genuine momentum: strong UK performance, high customer love, and bold plans for category leadership. With paid social nearing saturation, the team is now looking to diversify their acquisition mix and crack the next wave of sustainable growth.

We’re hiring a Growth Lead (New Channels) to identify, test, and scale non-traditional acquisition channels. From influencer partnerships and podcast collaborations to YouTube, events and emerging offline plays. You’ll be a key part of a high-performing growth team, owning and shaping what new channel success looks like and turning scrappy experiments into repeatable engines. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact growth role and drive performance through creativity, partnerships and commercial thinking.

The Opportunity
  • Own and execute the new channels strategy across digital and non-digital platforms
  • Build partnerships with influencers, podcasts, YouTube creators and other high-reach channels
  • Launch and optimise test campaigns, balancing bold bets with data-driven iteration
  • Develop scalable playbooks for successful channels
  • Collaborate closely with creative, content, brand and CRM to align messaging and output
  • Share insights and performance data to help shape wider growth strategy
About You
  • 3–5+ years in growth, performance or commercial D2C roles
  • Experience testing and scaling new acquisition channels
  • Comfortable negotiating and managing partner relationships
  • Data-literate, creative and commercially sharp
  • Entrepreneurial mindset — proactive, solutions-focused and always iterating
  • Passionate about wellness, storytelling and building brands with meaning
