The Role: Our Commercial team is growing! We’re looking for a data driven, commercially astute and innovative Partnership Manager with a track record of success in sales account management to join our team. In this role you will grow existing and identify new partnership opportunities. You will work with the wider Commercial team to drive revenue by taking a hands-on approach to delivering the commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and proactively manage a portfolio of key partnerships
- Review and negotiate new and existing commercial agreements to drive efficiency and scale
- Use a data first methodology to scale, optimise and maintain innovative market leading campaigns
- Take responsibility for the onboarding of new partnerships
- Manage a diverse pipeline of prospects and prioritise outreach to accelerate sales funnel
- Nurture prospect relationships through regular communications to move opportunities through the sales funnel
- Manage data for new and existing partnerships by ensuring all communications are logged and accurate
- Collaborate with wider team to support the full sales funnel with a thorough understanding of onboarding performance trends
- Provide regular reporting and analysis to ensure stakeholders are kept up to date with performance
- Analyse market trends, competitive positioning, and partner feedback to inform business development strategies
- Attend and represent business at conferences and trade shows
- Work closely with the wider acquisition team to deliver business KPI’s
About You:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience
- You are committed to development and are hungry to seek new learning opportunities, receive feedback and self-reflect
- Experience in the iGaming sector and/or Affiliate marketing sector
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital marketing sales funnels and commercials
- Proven ability in building relationships and a track record of closing new business
- You are structured, organised and systematic with processes, but can also pivot and adapt to changing priorities
- Profit focused and KPI driven
- Highly numerate, analytical and target driven with the proven ability to deliver ROI
- Excellent problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- First class communication and presentation skills
- Confident face to face communicator
- Self driven and obsessive about monitoring and driving performance
- You are proactive and thrive when working as part of a team
