- Developing tailored sales proposals and commercial plans based on customer insight and Treat Kitchen’s product strategy.
- Managing and growing your own sales pipeline, with regular follow-ups and strong attention to detail.
- Playing a key role in our corporate gifting offer, contributing to strategy and supporting product development.
- Representing Treat Kitchen at trade shows and industry events with professionalism and enthusiasm. (This will include some weekend work and international travel).
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has several years’ experience in B2B sales and key account management.
- Is target-driven, ambitious, and thrives on hitting KPIs and winning business.
- Loves the buzz of sales and brings energy, positivity, and tenacity to everything they do.
- Communicates with confidence – whether face to face, over the phone, or by email – and builds rapport quickly.
- Is commercially savvy and comfortable working with pricing, margin, and P&L basics.
- Brings a passion for food, retail, and helping businesses grow. Experience in gifting sales would be a bonus.
- Has an up to date passport and a full UK Drivers Licence.
