Planning Lawyers Konexo Legal Resourcing is hiring for mid to senior level interim planning lawyers to support our client. At least 5 years PQE experience as a planning lawyer. A background gained either solely within private practice or in a mix of both in-house and private practice roles. Experience in development consent orders (DCOs) and/or compulsory purchase orders as well as general planning advisory work is essential. Experience of working on the planning and due diligence aspects of large infrastructure projects, particularly within the energy and utilities sectors. Experience of drafting and negotiating Section 106 Agreements and a broad range of other planning and highways agreements.
