Smile Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 1 Teaching Assistant to join one of our partner schools in an affluent rural area, known for its strong community support and enjoyable work-life balance. Role Details: Position: Year 1 Teaching Assistant Hours: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Full-Time) Location: Affluent rural area with a warm, supportive community Start Date: Immediate (upon completion of recruitment process) Possibility of Permanent Placement: This role has the potential to lead to a permanent position within the school.Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality support in a Year 1 classroom, assisting with teaching and learning activities Start the day by supporting the school’s Breakfast Club, fostering a positive and engaging environment for students Assist in managing classroom behaviour, ensuring students remain focused and engaged Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a nurturing and productive learning atmosphere Join This School?
