An NHS trust based in Croydon is looking to hire an Employee Relations Advisor on a temporary basis for 4 months. You will help manage the casework surrounding sickness and absence.

This is a terrific opportunity for a HR professional who wants to develop their Employee Relations toolkit and experience.

You will provide a comprehensive and professional Employee Relations service working closely with Senior Employee Relations colleagues who will ensure that you are fully supported.

You will be responsible for managing an employee relations case load including sickness absence, disciplinary, early resolution, and capability cases, working proactively with managers to agree outcomes and propose recommendations, ensuring that risks are dealt with efficiently.

To be considered for this role, you will be educated to Degree level, or have equivalent experience in an HR Advisory role, and be CPP or part CIPD qualified. With an immediate start, please apply now if you’d like to be considered for this role.
