Job Title: Senior Sales Manager – Estate Agency Location: Car Allowance: £3,600 per annum Hours: Full-time (5-day working week, including Saturdays on a rota) Our client is a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency based in the heart of Colchester\’s town centre. This is a superb opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager or Senior Negotiator/ ASM looking to step up into a leadership role. You will be responsible for the full 360-degree sales process — from generating and converting valuations, securing new business, managing and progressing sales, to mentoring junior staff and driving branch performance.
