Real Estate Finance Paralegal

We are currently looking for a new Paralegal role to join our growing legal Real Estate Finance (REF) department. Our REF department is bolstered by a separate Banking team. This is a permanent position and will sit within REF. It is a great opportunity to work alongside fee-earners and client with a busy, varied practice to gain valuable experience.

Key Responsibilities

• General matter support and Practice Evolve (our Practice Management System) filing to support the team with administrative tasks.
• Companies House Registrations.
• Assisting with the preparation and drafting of legal documents such as loan agreements, security documents, and other transactional documents.
• Support lawyers on key projects and tasks.
• Write first drafts, proofread and amend legal agreements, advice notes, letters and other documents.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence to support various banking transactions, including loan agreements, corporate finance, and real estate finance.
• Managing and organising client files, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed.
• Assisting with the transactional closing process from the initial filing to closing.

• This role will suit a junior professional who is not looking to complete their LPC or SQE studies immediately.
• Previous experience in a legal Real Estate Finance team is preferable.
