Finance Manager

RECfinancial is working with a Leicester based Charity / NFP in the appointment of a new Finance Manager. The role is based at a smart office on the south side of the city and is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire. Reporting to and supporting the Chief Executive, This exiting Finance Managers role will take full ownership of the organisations accounting activities including the preparation and production of the monthly accounting, year end, managing a team of two reports, overseeing payments, budgets / forecasts, VAT returns and supporting the Chief Executive in finance based decision making. The role would suit a candidate who has experience of management and financial accounting and someone who is looking to work in an organisation that is having an incredibly positive impact on society. Culturally the charity is great and really rewarding to be part of. They take a modern approach to their employees and the role offers hybrid working. The role will sit as part of the Senior Leadership Team for the Charity. The client will consider candidates who are working towards being qualified, those who are qualified and those who are QBE. The client is open to potential candidates over a 4 or 5 day working week. The role offers a salary range of between £44,000 and £48,500 plus benefits including car parking & hybrid working.
