Are you a social-savvy pet lover ready to lead the pack? We’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to take charge of our paid and organic social campaigns across multiple brands and channels! You’ll collaborate with our in-house brand and design teams, partner agencies, and business stakeholders to build standout campaigns that connect with our growing audience. Have experience managing multiple brands and platforms Are confident working around dogs and other pets Can travel to events, exhibitions, and the occasional pet photoshoot With ambitious growth plans and plenty of exciting projects on the horizon, this is a truly exciting time to join and play a key role in growing brand equity and engagement! Lead the overall strategic plan for organic and paid social, ensuring this aligns with business and brand KPIs. Lead and create brand social media plans, collaborating with the brand and shopper teams to ensure integrated campaigns are maximised. Community management. Consistent execution of brand guidelines, including tone of voice and campaign guidelines across social media. Deliver best in class assets and work closely with digital and design teams to ensure optimised assets are produced for the social accounts. Craft compelling written content for social media posts across all brands. Ensure the monthly content calendar is delivered on time and to a high standard. Responsible for developing and executing an influencer strategy across social media, aligning this with brand goals & objectives. Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with relevant pet influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify brand presence and reach. Collaborate with the in-house design team to produce high-quality content, including videos, TikToks, and Reels that align with the brands’ voice and identity. Monitor, analyse, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and TikTok analytics, and use data to refine strategies and improve results. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and analyse competitor activity to keep content fresh and relevant. Minimum of 3 years’ experience working across paid and social channels, preferably within a FMCG business Able to confidently manage multiple projects, channels and brands. Excellent communicator who can quickly build rapport and influence others, building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Copywriting skills with a creative flair and a proven ability to adapt and flex your style and approach for the brand and channel. Full UK and clean driving license are preferred. Experience of the full Microsoft Office suite and social media platforms, Agorapulse and Upfluence preferred.
