The Role: In this leadership role, you will head up a central internal communications team, with responsibility for:

  • Designing and delivering high-impact, group-wide internal communication campaigns.
  • Developing and enhancing new and existing internal communication channels.
  • Ensuring consistent, effective messaging across all areas of the organisation.
  • Measuring and evaluating the impact of internal communications to inform continuous improvement.
