The Opportunity

Our client is a market-leading employment firm, highly regarded for their expertise in complex, high-value disputes and advisory work. The firm has a reputation for acting on sensitive and high-profile matters, with high L500 and Chambers rankings for their work with Employers and Senior Executives. Their clients come from a range of sectors, including professional services, financial services, technology, retailers and healthcare. The majority of the firm’s individual client work is at a senior level, including C-suite executives, managing directors and partners/members of LLPs.

The workload will include a range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

  • Whistleblowing
  • Discrimination, harassment and victimisation
  • Restrictive covenants, team moves and breach of confidentiality
  • TUPE
  • LLPs and partnerships

The firm stands out from others in the employment space as they offer an extremely high quality of work (regularly working opposite Top 50 UK firms, including magic circle), whilst also offering a more sustainable work-life balance and flexible work options. Requirements

  • 4-7 years’ PQE, gained from a reputable firm

Our client will consider candidates qualified in another jurisdiction, provided you have at least 1 year’s experience practicing in London.
